WOODFORDIA CARPET SNAKE DIDGERIDOO
Hand carved by the Jinibara people, a one-of-a-kind didgeridoo.
All our didgeridoos are eucalyptus (gumtree) trunk naturally hollowed by white ants (termites) in the Australian bush. They have a beeswax mouth and are hand-carved and burnt with cultural symbols including bees, kangaroos, turtles, water holes and suns. Our didgeridoos make a beautiful sound covering all notes.
"This particular didgeridoo has the Woodfordia sign on the front with a hippie-style text and on the back is a carpet snake. The carpet snake in our culture, is one of the creators of the mountains and the rivers. He is a special totem, very sacred. This didgeridoo has a very strong cultural connection to our people."
